High Efficiency Low Bow Aluminum Conductive Paste for PV Solar Cell
As the industry pushed towards thinner wafers to reduce material costs, too much bowing will cause cell cracking and breakages. A cracked solar cell typically exhibits lower electrical efficiency and will results in more B-grade cells being produced in the cell manufacturing line. Broken cells create line stoppages, are resource intensive, and can noticeably affect cell production throughout. Our paste has excellent bowing performance on 200μm, 180μm and even 150μm wafer thicknesses.
LEED-INK aluminum paste is designed to deliver low bowing and high efficiency, better adhesion strength and a wide process window. We offer a variety of standard formulations or tailor-made Al paste solutions for optimal concordance with your needs.

Normally the typical steps for the electronic paste manufacturing is as below.

LEED-INK Workshop
LEED-INK has been devoted us to development and manufacturing of electronic paste for more than 20 years.
We have more than 1000 square meters constant temperature and humidity clean production workshop with grade 100,000 degrees, and professional electrical testing laboratory. We have strict production environment monitoring system.
With more than 30 skilled workers, including 10 workers skilled in printing equipment and processing operation, which enables to meet the customized requirement from customers.
Our current electronic paste product capacity is 300 tons/month, and estimated capacity in this year is 350 tons/month.
Quality Control
LEED-INK won ISO9001 and ISO14001quality and environment system certification, and all our products are tested with 3 inspection steps
before delivery including self inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection. We have a sound production management, process management and quality assurance capabilities.
We have advanced test equipments such as paste printing machines, infrared drying furnace,DESPATCH firing furnace, and solar cell monomer tester, laser etching machine, laser particle size tester, tensile tester, etc.
Every batch of paste will be test before delivery by simulating customer's application, to form the same quality test standard with customers.

Q6. What's your MOQ?
Mostly our MOQ is 1kg, while sometimes we accept less quantity like 200g on the condition that
a sample charge is 100% paid.
Q7. How about the delivery time?
Normally, for sample order, our delivery is within 5 days.
For mass production batch, our delivery is within 7 days. But that depends on the real condition
when we get your order.
Q8. Can I get a sample?
Yes, sample is available.
If noble metal such as Ag, Pd included, and the material cost is already high, we do not offer free samples.
